1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CINCO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CINCO is a staff operations platform designed for hotels and hospitality properties. The Service provides tools for managing housekeeping, maintenance, guest requests, and team performance.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring all users under your account comply with these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CINCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CINCO, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CINCO disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
